Non Airport Pick-ups
Please be prompt. Our drivers will likely arrive 10 to 15 minutes early. We have a 15 minute grace period from the scheduled pick up time. If you require more time or assistance, please let us know during scheduling, and we will happily accommodate.
Airport Pick-ups
Your driver will be at the airport when you land. They will send a text asking for a terminal confirmation and reminding you to meet them in the passenger pick up lane. (please ask an airport employee for assistance finding the passenger pick up lane if you are unsure.)
Once you’re in the passenger pick up lane, please inform the driver which station you’re at and they will pull up to you. This could take a few minutes depending on how busy the terminal is.
Cancellation Policy
Clients will receive a 100% refund if the reservation is canceled up to 24 hours prior to the reservation time.
Cancellations between 6 to 24 hours of the reservation time will result in a 75% refund.
Once we are in six hours of the reservation time, no refund will be issued.
Avoiding Late Fees on Inbound Flights
To help avoid any late fees, we will track all inbound flights. Our drivers will not leave for the airport until the plane is in the air and in the proper proximity of landing. We honor a one hour grace period from the time the plan lanes. Late fees are charged by the minute and based on a $75 hourly rate and must be paid prior to the driver leaving the airport with a client.
What happens if our inbound flight is significantly delayed or canceled?
- Flights get delayed and canceled for all kinds of crazy reasons. We will happily work with you to reschedule your transportation as needed. (Additional fees may apply.)
What happens if my plane gets rerouted to a different airport while in flight?
- We will definitely get you home safely from wherever you land. This may require a price adjustment.
