Thank you for choosing The Chauffeur Ladies! To ensure we provide you with the best possible service, please take a moment to review our cancellation policy:

Reservation & Payment:

  • To secure a reservation, a non-refundable booking, processing, and administration fees must be paid. This deposit confirms your reservation and reserves the driver as well as the vehicle. The remaining balance will be processed 24 hours prior to the reservation.  

 

Confirmations and Cancellations:

  • Expect two email confirmations: 1 week & 48 hrs. prior to reservation. (Contact us immediately if you do not receive either of these emails).
  • Expect two confirmations via text: 12 & 6 hrs. prior to reservation.
  • Cancellations made between 12-24 hours prior to the reservation time will receive a 50% refund. (Booking, processing, and admin fees are non-refundable). 

 

Late Cancellation (Within 12 Hours):

  • Cancellations made within 12 hoursof the scheduled pick-up time, are not eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling:

  • You may reschedule your service with no penalty if done at least 12hours in advance of scheduled pick-up time. Rescheduling requests made within 12 hours are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

No-Show:

  • If you fail to show up 1 hour after the agreed time and location with no communication, the full fare will be charged, and no refund will be issued.

 

Special Events & Holidays:

  • For bookings during peak times such as major holidays or special events, a 24-hour cancellationpolicy applies, but please note that availability may be limited, and additional fees may apply for last-minute changes.

 

Inclement Weather:

    • The Chauffeur Ladies operate in most weather conditions including rain and snow. Inclement weather alone does not constitute grounds for penalty-free cancelation. 
    • In the event of severe weather conditions, road closures, or government-issued travel advisories that make travel unsafe, The Chauffeur Ladies reserve the right to delay, modify, or cancel service in the interest of safety. 
    • If service is canceled by The Chauffeur Ladies due to unsafe conditions, clients will receive either a full refund or a service credit, at the company’s discretion. 
    • Client-initiated cancelations due to weather conditions are subject to standard cancelation fees. 

NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING AND PROCESSING FEE:

    • The booking and processing fee is charged to cover administrative costs and is non-refundable under all circumstances.
    • Any applicable cancelation fees or refunds apply only to the transportation service portion of the reservation and do not include the booking and processing fee.

 

Late Arrival Policy

At The Chauffeur Ladies, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. To ensure a smooth and timely experience, please review our late arrival policy:

Flight Tracking:

    • We track all incoming flights to stay informed about any changes to your landing time. Our Chauffeurs will meet you at the airport based on the actual landing time, not the scheduled arrival time, to reduce the possibility of late fees.

Grace Period After Landing:

    • For airport pick-ups, we offer a 1-hour grace period for international flights and 30 minutes for domestic flights from your actual landing time.

Non-Airport Pick-ups:

  • The grace period for non-airport pick-ups is 15 minutes. The same $1 per minute rate will be applied at minute 16 and will end once all passengers and luggage are in the vehicle and pulling off from the pick-up location.

 

Late Fee After Grace Period:

    • After the grace period, a late fee of $1 per minute will be applied. 
    • The late fee will continue to accrue until you are picked up.

       Communication is Key:

    • If there are any changes to your flight or if you expect delays, please notify us as soon as possible. We will adjust your pick-up time as needed and do our best to accommodate changes.

No-Show:

    • If you fail to arrive within 1 hour of the scheduled pick-up time (based on the actual landing time) without prior communication, the ride will be considered a no-show, and the full fare will be charged, with no refund.

 

Unauthorized stops:

  • In the event of a bathroom emergency or illness, your driver will gladly find safe place to pull off. (Please extend this courtesy to your driver as well. Drivers are instructed to handle all their personal needs prior to picking up the client. However, we all know emergencies do happen.)
  • Please plan if you need to make stops. We do charge for non-emergency stops and unauthorized stops. We are more than happy to meet your needs, however, please be advised you will be added to you bill.

 

Cleaning Policy

At The Chauffeur Ladies, we are committed to providing a spotless, comfortable, and hygienic environment for every passenger. To maintain these high standards, we have the following cleaning policy in place:

Vehicle Cleanliness:

    • All vehicles are cleaned and sanitized before and after every ride. This includes disinfecting high-touch areas and ensuring the vehicle is fresh and comfortable for all passengers.

Passenger Responsibility:

    • We ask passengers to please refrain from consuming food or beverages that could leave a mess in the vehicle. Should food or drink be consumed, please ensure it is disposed of properly.
    • Smoking, including vaping or e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

Cleaning Fee for Excessive Mess:

    • In the event that the vehicle is left in an excessively dirty or unsanitary condition (such as spilled food or drinks, strong odors, or other significant messes), a cleaning fee will be applied.
    • The cleaning fee starts at $500 and could rise as high as $1,500, depending on the severity of the mess, including:
      • Biohazard Clean-Up (e.g., bodily fluids, drugs, vomit, etc.)
      • Length of Time the Vehicle is Out of Service (for cleaning)
      • Loss of Business (if the vehicle cannot be used for subsequent bookings due to the mess)

Biohazard Clean-Up:

    • If a biohazard situation occurs (e.g., bodily fluids, vomit, etc.), the cleaning fee will be on the higher end, starting at $1,000 and depending on the extent of the clean-up required and how long the vehicle is out of service.

 

Left Behind Items:

    • If items are left behind in the vehicle, passengers must contact us within 48 hours to arrange for retrieval. After that period, the items will be discarded.

 

Ongoing Maintenance:

    • To maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, we perform regular deep cleaning and maintenance of all vehicles, particularly in response to health concerns or changes in season.
