Airport Arrival Pickup Instructions & Policy

Complimentary Airport Arrival Transportation

The Chauffeur Ladies is pleased to provide complimentary airport arrival pickup service from all airports we serve.

Our dispatch team will connect you directly with your assigned chauffeur within 24 hours before your scheduled pickup date. This gives you an opportunity to communicate directly with your chauffeur and address any questions about your arrival.

On the day of your pickup, once your chauffeur has been dispatched and is on the way to the airport, you will receive an automated message from The Chauffeur Ladies’ system letting you know that your driver is on the way.

When your chauffeur arrives at the airport, you will receive a second automated notification confirming that your driver has arrived. This will be followed by a personal message directly from your chauffeur with specific meeting instructions for your terminal and current pickup location.

Your chauffeur will monitor your scheduled flight and adjust the pickup timing when your flight is delayed or arrives early. The Chauffeur Ladies provides door-to-door airport transportation. Once you have collected your luggage and are ready to meet your chauffeur, you will be directed to the passenger pickup lane at your terminal whenever one is available. If your terminal does not have a designated passenger pickup lane, your chauffeur will instruct you to meet her outside the appropriate Arrivals doors.

Your chauffeur will send you specific, real-time meeting instructions based on your terminal and the airport’s current pickup procedures. These instructions take precedence over general airport information in this policy.

Your reservation confirmation will identify your airport, terminal, chauffeur, and any specific meeting instructions that apply to your trip.

Because airport pickup procedures can change due to construction, traffic conditions, security requirements, or airport regulations, please follow the current airport signs and any updated instructions provided by The Chauffeur Ladies on the day of your reservation.

JOHN F. KENNEDY INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (JFK)

JFK currently operates Terminals 1, 4, 5, 7, and 8. Airport pickup procedures vary by terminal and may change because of ongoing construction and roadway changes.

Terminal 1

After collecting your luggage, proceed to the passenger pickup lane on the Arrivals level. Your chauffeur will provide specific instructions identifying where to meet her.

Terminal 4

After collecting your luggage, proceed to the passenger pickup lane on the Arrivals level. Your chauffeur will provide specific instructions identifying where to meet her.

Terminal 5

After collecting your luggage, follow your chauffeur’s personal meeting instructions. The Chauffeur Ladies provides door-to-door service and will direct you to the appropriate passenger pickup location permitted by the airport at the time of your pickup.

Terminal 7

Terminal 8

After collecting your luggage, proceed to the passenger pickup lane on the Arrivals level. Your chauffeur will provide specific instructions identifying where to meet her.

JFK Important Information

JFK does not permit vehicles to park unattended at terminal curbs. Terminal curbs are intended for active pickup and drop-off only. The airport provides designated waiting areas for drivers.

For this reason, please have your luggage with you and be ready to meet your chauffeur when she sends your arrival instructions. Your chauffeur will enter the passenger pickup lane when you are ready and when airport conditions permit.

LAGUARDIA AIRPORT (LGA)

LaGuardia currently has Terminals A, B, and C.

Terminal A

After collecting your luggage, proceed to the designated passenger pickup area outside the Arrivals doors. Your chauffeur will provide specific instructions for the exact meeting point.

Terminal B

After collecting your luggage, proceed to the passenger pickup area designated for your terminal. Your chauffeur will provide specific instructions for the exact meeting point.

Terminal C

After collecting your luggage, proceed to the passenger pickup lane at the Arrivals level. Your chauffeur will provide specific instructions for the exact meeting point.

LGA Important Information

LaGuardia’s terminal curbs are for active pickups and drop-offs only. Vehicles may not remain parked at the curb while waiting for passengers.

Please have all luggage with you before proceeding to the pickup location.

NEWARK LIBERTY INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (EWR)

Newark Liberty currently has Terminals A, B, and C.

Terminal A

After collecting your luggage, proceed to the passenger pickup lane at the Arrivals level. Your chauffeur will provide specific instructions for the exact meeting point.

Terminal B

After collecting your luggage, proceed to the passenger pickup lane at the Arrivals level. Your chauffeur will provide specific instructions for the exact meeting point.

Terminal C

After collecting your luggage, proceed to the passenger pickup area designated by the airport. Your chauffeur will provide specific instructions for the exact meeting point.

EWR Important Information

Vehicles are not permitted to remain parked or unattended at the terminal curb. The airport provides a Cell Phone Lot for drivers who need to wait before passengers are ready.

Please do not leave the terminal until you have your luggage and have followed the pickup instructions provided by The Chauffeur Ladies.

WESTCHESTER COUNTY AIRPORT (HPN)

Commercial Airline Arrivals

Westchester County Airport has a single commercial passenger terminal.

After collecting your luggage, proceed to the passenger pickup area outside the Arrivals doors. Your chauffeur will provide specific instructions for the exact meeting point.

Private Aviation / FBO Arrivals

If you are arriving on a private or charter aircraft, your reservation should identify the appropriate FBO.

The Chauffeur Ladies will coordinate the pickup location based on the facility handling your flight. Depending on the FBO’s procedures, pickup may be coordinated at the FBO entrance or other designated meeting location.

Please provide your FBO and flight information when making your reservation.

ALBANY INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (ALB)

Albany International Airport has one primary passenger terminal.

After collecting your luggage, proceed to the passenger pickup lane outside the Arrivals area. Your chauffeur will provide specific instructions for the exact meeting point.

Albany Airport advises passengers being picked up to wait until they have collected their luggage and are ready before proceeding to the curb. Drivers may use designated waiting areas and then pull forward for the active pickup.

Please do not wait at the curb while your chauffeur is unable to stop.

NEW YORK STEWART INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (SWF)

NY Stewart International Airport has one primary passenger terminal.

After collecting your luggage, proceed through the Arrivals/Baggage Claim area and exit through the appropriate Arrivals doors. Your chauffeur will provide specific instructions for the exact meeting point outside the terminal.

NY Stewart identifies designated pickup/drop-off areas and a Cell Phone Lot for airport pickups.

If you are unable to locate your chauffeur, please remain in the designated passenger pickup area and contact The Chauffeur Ladies.

WHAT TO DO AFTER YOUR FLIGHT LANDS

To make your airport pickup as easy as possible:

1. Collect your luggage

Please do not proceed to the pickup area until you have collected all of your luggage.

2. Check your phone

Keep the phone number you provided when making your reservation available and make sure your phone is turned on and able to receive calls and text messages. Within 24 hours before your pickup, Dispatch will connect you with your assigned chauffeur. On the day of service, you will receive automated notifications when your chauffeur is on the way and when she has arrived, followed by a personal message from your chauffeur with specific meeting instructions.

3. Follow your chauffeur’s instructions

The Chauffeur Ladies provides door-to-door airport service. Your chauffeur will tell you exactly where to meet her. In general, you will meet your chauffeur in the passenger pickup lane at your terminal. If your terminal does not have a passenger pickup lane, your chauffeur will direct you to the appropriate location outside the Arrivals doors.

4. Contact your chauffeur when necessary

If you are unsure where to go, do not wander around the airport looking for your vehicle. Follow the specific meeting instructions sent by your chauffeur. If you need additional assistance, contact your chauffeur or The Chauffeur Ladies Dispatch.

5. Look for your chauffeur

Your chauffeur will have your reservation information and will know your name, flight information, and scheduled destination.

FLIGHT TRACKING & WAIT TIME

The Chauffeur Ladies tracks scheduled commercial flights whenever flight information is provided with the reservation.

For airport arrivals:

Domestic flights: 30 minutes of complimentary waiting time after the actual flight arrival.
International flights: 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time after the actual flight arrival.
After the complimentary waiting period, the applicable late-wait fee is $1 per minute.
If a passenger does not communicate with The Chauffeur Ladies for one hour after the flight has landed, the reservation may be considered a no-show.
Additional waiting time beyond the complimentary period is subject to the same late-wait policy.

Flight tracking does not eliminate the need for passengers to communicate with their chauffeur if they experience baggage delays, customs delays, mobility issues, terminal changes, or other circumstances that affect their ability to reach the pickup location.

IMPORTANT AIRPORT PICKUP NOTICE

Airport pickup procedures can change without notice because of airport construction, security requirements, traffic conditions, special events, weather, or airport authority directives.

The pickup location stated in your reservation or communicated by your chauffeur on the day of service takes precedence over general instructions contained in this policy.

Our goal is to make your arrival as simple as possible. When you land, collect your luggage, follow the appropriate airport signs, and contact your chauffeur if you need assistance locating the pickup area.
